Mezcal Distillery Tour

Step behind the scenes of a working artisanal mezcal distillery in El Pescadero, just south of Todos Santos. The tour begins in wild agave fields where a master distiller explains centuries-old harvesting traditions, then moves through the production floor — fire-roasted piñas, stone tahona wheel, clay pot fermentation. The session ends with a guided tasting of three single-varietal expressions, each revealing distinct terroir. Small groups ensure an intimate, unhurried experience.
