Our Story Autentico was born from a simple idea: bringing the true flavors of Italy to Tulum. We honor Italian tradition without shortcuts—using real ingredients, handmade pasta, fresh bread, and recipes passed down through generations from North to South. Every dish is prepared with respect, simplicity, and the flavors of home. Our Pizza Our pizza is rooted in Italian tradition, made with carefully selected flours and a natural fermentation of 24–36 hours for a light, aromatic, and easily digestible dough. Contemporary in style, authentic in soul—crafted to be shared and enjoyed, just like in Italy.
