Incredible Amphibious Vehicles with Ziplines and Mexican Festival at night

This two-part outing pairs an active day in the jungle with an evening built around Mexican music, food, and tradition, using amphibious vehicles, ziplines, and underground rivers by daylight before switching to trajinera boats and a folkloric festival after dark. It's designed as a full day, running roughly twelve hours from hotel pickup to hotel drop-off, and splits cleanly into a jungle adventure park segment and a nighttime canal festival segment.

The morning begins with hotel pickup and a drive to an adventure park set among caves, small lakes, and other natural features carved into the jungle. Once registered, the day opens up into a mix of activities: riding amphibious vehicles over jungle terrain and through suspension bridges, ziplining above the tree canopy, exploring caverns, and swimming or diving into underground rivers. Along the route, the ancient stalagmites inside the park's caves add a geological backdrop to the more physical activities, and the itinerary allows time to move between attractions at will rather than following a fixed order. By around 5pm, transport is waiting to return everyone to their hotel for a break before the evening program begins.

The second half of the day picks back up around 7pm, when transport returns to collect guests for the night portion. On arrival, guides handle check-in while guests take in a small pre-event area with esquites, flavored drinks, and live music. At 8pm the group boards trajineras, the flat-bottomed boats used for the canal cruise, after a welcome photo, and the guide begins serving drinks as the boats set off. The float through the canals includes multiple stops featuring Mexican sones, ranchera, and marimba music, with space aboard the trajinera to dance and eat while the music plays. A bathroom break partway through offers another chance for photos and drinks before the group re-boards and continues, with transport back to the hotel waiting once the tour concludes.

The daytime park activities suit travelers with at least a moderate level of physical fitness who are comfortable with ziplines, water crossings, and off-road amphibious vehicles — the zipline component specifically requires a minimum height of 1.10 meters and a minimum weight of 40 kg, so it's worth checking that any younger participants meet that threshold. The evening festival, by contrast, is a lower-effort, seated experience centered on music, dancing, and food, making the combined day appealing to groups who want both adrenaline and a cultural night out without booking two separate tours. It is not recommended for those with spinal injuries, poor cardiovascular health, or pregnant travelers, and infants are required to sit on an adult's lap.

Included in the day is a buffet at the first park along with use of mountain climbing equipment for the adventure activities and the amphibious vehicles themselves, and the evening segment includes Mexican dishes, alcoholic beverages, snacks, and drinks as part of the festival admission, plus the live Mexican party and music program. What isn't covered includes gratuities, souvenirs, additional drinks beyond what's provided, and any photos taken by park or event photographers, which come at extra cost.

Because pickup times vary by hotel, the operator asks guests whose hotel isn't already on file to get in touch so a representative can confirm the correct pickup location and time; for hotels with an established schedule, that confirmation still arrives by email or text message ahead of the day. Given the length and mix of activities, it's worth dressing for both segments — swimwear and closed shoes suited to ziplines and water crossings for the day, with a change of clothes for the evening's music and dancing.
