As a teacher, I establish my responsibility in helping students learn English or Spanish for them to understand their needed criteria so that they may effectively achieve their deemed positions and tasks. I will prepare daily lesson plans, review online tutorials in detail so that students may understand relevant matters. I intend to describe intellectual competence in subjects and or area(s) of student’s personal interests and objectives to help them develop individual strategies. One of my aims would be to provide a natural environment that stimulates a growth-mindset, diligence in study and practicality; help facilitate problem-solving with an inquiring mind, encouraging critical thinking skills and act as a role-model for students.
