For those staying somewhere the vehicles cannot reach directly, downtown hotels and Airbnbs among them, set meeting points are used instead: in Cancún, in front of the lobby of Smart Cancún by Oasis on Tulum Avenue; in Playa del Carmen, at Coco Bongo; and in Tulum, at the main gate of the Super Aki market on the federal avenue, since there is no direct hotel or Airbnb pickup there.
